Hey everyone out there..guess what? well I wanted to try something new..so I got a recipe from Carla Hall from ABC's The Chew..great show by the way..well she made a chocolate Meringue Pie..Now normally I am NOT a fan Of meringue, but I thought to myself why not try it and see if I may change my mind..well I make it it didnt take long to make at all.
Well it came out great, but Like I said I am NOT a fan of the taste of meringue. I whipped it in the Kitchen Aid Mixer then spread it ontop, then let it get browned in the oven..let the pie cool in the fridge..and that was all.
